Seven New Delicious Soups Include Gluten-Free, Vegetarian & More
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is warming up winter with the launch of seven daily hearty soups and a special “February Features” menu with seasonal selections. Known for its aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs seared over a wood fired grill, guests can now enjoy a featured soup each day, in addition to Firebirds Chicken Tortilla Soup available daily for lunch and dinner.
The delicious line-up includes: Monday – New Orleans Red Bean & Andouille Sausage, Tuesday – Southwest Potato, Wednesday – Beef Vegetable Barley, Thursday – Vegetarian Black Bean, Friday – New England Clam Chowder, Saturday – Firebirds Beef Chili, and Sunday – Grilled Chicken Corn Chowder.
The healthy selections are gluten-free (with the exception of Firebirds Chicken Tortilla Soup and Beef Vegetable Barley), made with only the freshest ingredients, including vine-ripened vegetables, hand-shucked clams, New Orleans-style andouille sausage, apple-wood smoked bacon, and prepared with Firebirds’ southwestern twist.
“I would like to personally invite everyone to experience our daily lineup of savory soups,” said Executive Chef Steve Sturm. “The fresh, delicious and bold flavor of each soup creation will be another reason to dine with us every day of the week.”
In addition to the new soups, guests can enjoy Limited Time Offer menu items for lunch, including the Ahi Tuna Super Foods Salad, Chicken Focaccia Sandwich, Brussels Sprouts, Caramelized Butternut Squash, and new dinner selections such as Grilled Filet Medallions, Fire Grilled Mahi, Super Foods Side Salad and Flourless Chocolate Cake available from Feb. 5 to March 4.

Children also can order from a healthy Kids’ Menu that even features Sirloin Steak. The award-winning FIREBAR™ hosts a selection of private Firebirds’ label wines and specialty cocktails such as the Double Black Diamond Martini infused with natural, fresh pineapple for 21 days.
Firebirds is open Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Guests can enjoy half-priced appetizers and drink specials from the FIREBAR™ from 4 – 6:30 p.m. at the bar and outdoor patio.
